Just a reminder that we are required to have an AGM every year where we hold elections to fill the positions of 1st VP, @nd VP, Secretary, and Treasurer. The 1st VP from the previous year is automatically promoted to President. If you wish to nominate someone for the position or nominate yourself, please send an email to secretary <at> htcia-ottawa.org listing your name and the position you are running for. Nominations are accepted up until the actual election, however a little advance warning would be nice so we can arrange ballots if we have multiple nominations for a position.
